Click the desktop, select Display settings, go to the bottom, tap Advanced display settings, the screen name should match the monitor's model number.

The optimal method is to access the menu on the screen, navigate to the information section. You might need to experiment a little to locate it. Alternatively, follow the advice from @The_russian.

With an NVIDIA GPU, you can access the NVIDIA control panel, navigate to Display > Change Resolution, and likely locate the model you need. Alternatively, go to Settings > System > Display, click Advanced Display Settings, and you should see the option there.
