Sharing this again: My computer has been behaving strangely since I returned from summer break. Before my trip (June 13 to August 15), everything worked fine, but after coming back I faced a series of computer problems mainly while gaming. These issues mostly appear during gameplay and don’t consistently cross between titles. The first thing that caught my attention was in Overwatch 2—my character would suddenly move erratically and trigger random inputs. After this, I’d lose connection to the server, and other programs would briefly drop internet before reconnecting. During these moments, calls stopped and Spotify paused. The second problem involved Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege; my frame rate dropped sharply from 200–300 to just 50–60 for up to half a minute. At random times (maybe the same as Overwatch?), the game would freeze completely, showing only 1 or 0 FPS and my GPU latency increasing slightly. This issue vanished once I logged out and logged back in. A local workshop found no problems, and even at a friend’s place it worked. I also tested using another monitor, but the issues persisted. Based on what I’ve tried—switching cables, ports, reinstalling drivers, resetting the PC, changing RAM sticks, clearing DNS, updating IP, rebooting router, and running DDU—I still can’t get my PC online. I’m currently playing on two monitors, my system is self-built, and it’s about 1.5 years old. GPU: 4070 Ti, CPU: 13.7GHz, Motherboard: MSI Pro Z690-A, RAM: 64GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Beast.

Your link to the server isn't consistent which is causing the two problems. FPS drops when the connection isn't stable, as long as you leave the server, this may occur due to your internet service provider. You can contact them for help. Also verify if your landline phone works and rings properly, even after connecting directly to the router—disconnect it then place it on a phone.
