People typically accelerate when powering on a PC, especially when all settings load smoothly. I face the same scenario with fans and everything seems to function normally. It appears your motherboard is simply cycling through components, which is normal unless there’s an issue you can detect now.

I've observed that certain X570/B450 boards require a bit more time to post or boot than Intel models. The fan ramp-up is completely typical. What storage devices are you using? Occasionally, specific hardware can slightly affect the speed of posting or booting.
