Hello,
My name is Hokage and I am facing a problem when attempting to open the ragemp_v.exe program on my machine. Every time I try to launch it, the application crashes with a specific error. Below are the relevant details:

- Operating System Version: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045)
- System Manufacturer: ASUS
- BIOS Version: 2602 (UEFI)
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

- DirectX Version: DirectX 12
- Screen Resolution: 3840 x 1080 (32 bit) at 144Hz
