I'm really frustrated. I'm not sure if it's related to my PC, but I've been experiencing various errors across different apps for a long time. As shown in the photos (0xc0000005, 0xc000003e, 0x0003, runtime error, failed to read descriptions code 15100), it keeps happening. I've tried numerous solutions from the internet, but nothing has helped. Sometimes these issues even got worse, with more apps showing the same error. I've installed a clean Windows version (both Windows 10 and Windows 11) on my PC many times, but every time I encounter this problem—except once on Windows 11 (Discord and GeForce Experience worked then). I'm not sure about the other applications mentioned in this post, but only once did it happen. Every time I use Windows 10 or Windows 11, I get error codes.

) This error appears only when I open certain apps like Discord, EpicLauncher, GeForce Experience, or even Witcher 3's REDprelauncher, or when trying to install Node.js in my current Windows version. The other games are unaffected.
