The issue seems to stem from a recent update affecting game availability and transactions. Cars are out of stock, ammo is unavailable, and your garage appears empty unexpectedly. Bank withdrawals and other actions aren't working, and the lobby warns you to return to Grand Theft Auto. DLC cars aren’t visible on the website either. It’s likely a server-side problem or a temporary glitch caused by the update.

I also tried, but it looks like it’s functioning now. I turned off the firewall and it worked perfectly—unclear why it stopped before. You mentioned you’d already added the game, launcher, and SC to exceptions.
