Hello, this might not be the best forum for this issue. Please post elsewhere if needed. I'm facing difficulties with my HP laptop—when trying to connect to Wi-Fi, no networks appear. After checking network and internet settings, I land on a troubleshooting page. The screenshots provided indicate Windows can't fix it automatically. I've looked in Device Manager for network adapters, but I'm unsure if they need more or less and what drivers are required. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
We need to install the drivers, and it should display a wireless card somewhere. Could you tell me the exact HP laptop model so we can find the appropriate drivers?
Oh no, I didn't get a reply. It seems your brother performed a reset by deleting and reinstalling all the adapters, which resolved the issue (his laptop).
