I've been attempting to push my 9900k beyond its limits, but overheating has become a recurring problem even with stock configurations. Temperatures consistently climb high, reaching around 210 watts on HWmonitor, and once they hit 100°C the system throttles down. After resetting BIOS settings multiple times and swapping out the cooler, I'm still facing these issues. My build details are available here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/dariuslaser0/saved/4r2sZL

The 9900k tends to warm up a bit, but using the cooler should help reduce that issue. Make sure to check everything from the beginning, including the thermal paste.

Verify the placement of your air cooler; did you apply enough thermal paste and ensure the fans are positioned properly? DRP4 should perform well alongside your CPU. It’s unclear what else might need attention.
