2013 . SVE1513anb Laptop operated normally until it stopped displaying the lock screen and shut down right away. After pressing the power button, it didn’t show any picture but functioned briefly before displaying colored lines. Now it won’t boot or turn on the display at all. However, the fan begins to work when the RAM is removed.

Could you provide the make, model and SKU of your laptop? Do you notice any changes when connecting it to an external display? Distorted images on the screen, whether using the built-in or external display, may indicate that your GPU has failed.
Now it won’t boot or turn on the display.
It’s possible the laptop is no longer functioning properly due to a short circuit on the motherboard.

Take the laptop away from the wall socket, detach the battery, take apart the laptop, pull out the RAM, and then keep pressing the power button for thirty seconds. Plug it back in through the wall socket, not the battery, and check if it starts functioning.
