I was performing an action and suddenly appeared a popup that I didn’t expect. I clicked a button on it, which cleared all app icons from the taskbar, similar to Chrome and Terminal, though the system icons remained. The applications functioned normally, but I wanted those icons restored. After a restart, the computer still didn’t show the icons properly. I opened Zorin Appearance and selected one of the two layouts, recalling that the first had a window preview. Now the icons display just text with an unusual underline color.
