I shared an update here. I'm still trying to figure out what's going wrong and haven't experimented with anything new. I have a service appointment tomorrow at the center, which might help clarify things. I believe the problem is related to bad RAM—my setup used to hang after installation until I let it cycle properly. Initially, the board thought it was a GPU issue, but once I replaced my GTX970 and 3080 with working units, it worked fine. Considering these XMP settings, that seems like my assumption. I've reached out to ASUS, but they haven't been very helpful, and the process has taken a long time.

I just received a replacement kit from Corsair. It seems I had a bad start initially. With the updated version, it’s now posting on XMP at 3600 seconds without any problems.
