Hi everyone. Yesterday I reinstalled my Windows, so I chose to update my mouse firmware and downloaded the driver from the official XPG site. After completing the update, my mouse stopped working. I can see it in Device Manager. I tried using it on another computer too, but it didn’t work there either. Can you help me?

I reviewed the support page for the mouse, but no updates or firmware references were available. For clarity, could you explain how you updated the firmware on your mouse? Additionally, please share your operating system details, including the OS version, and the source of the installer. Also, let me know the motherboard make and model along with the BIOS version at the time of writing.

I saved this file here. I'm using Windows 10 with a Gigabyte B450M H chipset and my BIOS is version F3.

I would reach out to their support and verify with them first, as they might require you to receive a replacement mouse.

I face the same issue with the mouse XPG Primer after the update; it stops turning on and I can't detect it on my PC or any other device, whether MAC or Windows, across both operating systems. I have checked everything.
