Hi, I need to turn on XMP in the BIOS but the menu only lists it as disabled. Your RAM is running at 3200MHZ, but according to JEDEC specs, you might want to consider enabling XMP. It’s good to know whether it makes sense for your build. Your PC details are clear, so let me help you weigh the pros and cons.

The RAM is likely operating at 3200 MHz according to the JEDEC standard, without any XMP or overclock settings.

No profile exists, but timings can be adjusted manually. It won’t make much difference if you only use one stick of RAM.

The H610 max is still 3200 regardless.
