My Xbox controller isn't listed in the Bluetooth devices finder. I'm sure my PC and the controller are working properly since I can connect it to other devices and my PC connects with other Bluetooth gadgets. All updates have been applied. What steps can I take to fix this?

if it's an add-on, not included with the motherboard
