I updated the AMD drivers and restarted, but the wireless keyboard stopped working with the USB dongle. It functions fine when connected via a cable. The device is a Redragon K918. I attempted to uninstall the hidden keyboard in Device Manager and rebooted, as well as cleared the Bluetooth settings. Still no improvement.

Have you checked relocating the Bluetooth adapter to another USB port? Test it on another PC to determine if the issue lies with the PC or the keyboard.

I haven't attempted that before. I don't own another PC, but I'll test another port just to be safe. Apologies for the delayed reply. I wasn't expecting a reply so soon.

I checked another USB connection to confirm. The operating system recognized the device there. The wireless mouse functions properly in that port as well.

I resolved the issue by resetting the keyboard and returning it to 2.4G mode.
