I'm writing this from my wired keyboard. After a brief power cut damaged the USB 4-Port Hub, I switched to a 13-Port one. Both Device Manager and Windows Devices show them, but I can't use them. They're lit up, yet not working. Any suggestions?

Here are some details about the 13 port hub, including how the make/model could be relevant. It appears this component was updated recently, and the issue may be related to its new configuration.

Here are some details about the 13 port hub. The make and model could be important, as it was the component that changed, likely indicating the source of the issue.

Updated: Identified the issue. The 13-Port USB Hub wasn't the problem. The incorrect USB Unifying Receiver in the Hub was the cause. I swapped it out with the right one, and now everything functions properly.
