The Windows update is processing slowly on the newly installed system.
I recently upgraded my PC with a new motherboard (ASRock z390 pro4), RAM (16 GB, 3200MHz), an i5 9600K processor, and an NVMe drive (Samsung 970). This was my first build from scratch, and so far everything has worked well. I’m currently updating to Windows 10 and have been experiencing very slow performance. The update process has only increased from 67% to 70% in about an hour. In the Task Manager, it shows the system runs between 60-100% most of the time, but the read speed stays below 1MB/s and write speed under 10MB/s. CPU usage is less than 5%, and RAM usage is around 2.9GB out of 16GB. Is this typical? Or did I make a mistake?
