If Windows search is active, verify it by restarting the service. Alternatively, use the chkdsk and SFC commands to confirm file integrity.

It's good to know others share your experience. I'm just beginning to navigate my big machine, often making mistakes when breaking the OS. Another issue I have is with the complete integration—if I type in this field, I just want to jump straight to certain programs.

I've already restarted the search after fixing it. I used the SFC command and believe no file is corrupted. Probably worth trying the chkdsk command instead, since I suspect the issue isn’t related to rolling back Windows updates. My search bar just stopped working unexpectedly.

It's unclear if any were available. The most surprising thing was trying to reinstall Windows on a new SSD, but the update went wrong right away and ruined the whole setup, making it impossible to fix on restart. This happened before, so I gave up.

It seems like a serious concern. I'm really concerned too about when this might happen to me. Since I don't rely much on my phone at home, a PC failure could really disrupt communication and cause inconvenience.

It was nice to get the smaller drive back online, but I’m confused about why so many bugs still appear despite being a billion-dollar company with an insider testing program.

I recall reading that article a while back. Before, I ignored all the issues people have with Windows 10, but now I’m really frustrated.

Impacts a wide audience, such as participants in the Insider program. Fixes expected soon.
