It functions for me. Consider adjusting the URL starting with /en-us/ or try a different browser/incognito mode, as an extension could be interfering.

Using Rufus creates a bootable drive, it can install the ISO independently, and you get to choose the specific Windows version you prefer.

Rufus was downloaded just to check if it works. I noticed only a few Linux distributions, no Windows at all.
