Hi Everyone, My Windows audio stopped working completely. The problem started after I bought new Hyper X cloud alpha wireless headphones and experienced popping and crackling. I tried some fixes: removing the ngenuity driver helped a bit but didn’t fix everything. The next day I checked again and saw the popping on my external speakers too. I reinstalled Realtek audio drivers, but now nothing works, even with the headphones. I noticed in the volume mixer no apps are assigned to audio devices. I followed these steps: Windows troubleshooter, driver reinstall via Windows Update, manual reinstall from motherboard site, SFC/scannow, checking audio services. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—I’d rather not reinstall Windows. CBS.log Updated January 8, 2023 by Sparrow606

I fixed the problem by reinstalling the drivers several times. I also had to restart the system a few times to get it working properly.
