Experienced a random problem recently, with difficulty clicking start or any shortcuts. The issue seems frozen—keyboard's Windows key isn't responding, only the Start menu and system tray icons work. Signing out and back in resolved it. Some PowerShell commands to re-register Explorer didn't help. No mouse hover effects on icons were observed. Any advice?
