The Windows 11 system experiences brief freezing moments or delays, accompanied by increased volume output.
Although this doesn't happen too often, (it's rather hard to demonstrate something that doesn't happen often) Windows 11 keeps freezing for a few seconds or lagging and when it does so the sound goes loud.
The best way to describe this situation would be to imagine if there was a sound that went like: "This is a test," and when it does what I describe it goes "This is a TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEst,"
Can someone help me with this?

Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the current BIOS version for your motherboard. You may also want to check if the issue occurs under similar conditions and whether you've recorded a video of it. Share the video link on a platform like Imgur for review.
Checking HP's support page for any pending BIOS updates for this prebuilt system.
It looks like you're confirming that your system has the most recent BIOS update.
Updated the BIOS but it still does it.
Apology for repeating, but it's happening again—this is the second time the noise is getting louder today.
