My Windows 11 is running smoothly but the logo isn't showing while the white circle appears. I attempted to adjust the BootControl using the registry editor and followed the instructions in the video. It still doesn't appear. I believe my motherboard uses UEFI, and I'm looking for a solution.

I rarely see the blue element, I notice the manufacturer name at the top and the spinning circle at the bottom. It's always been this way, probably normal. I believe it's connected to UEFI boot.

It is UEFI and it is referred to as BGRT.
