From a screenshot of what interface or content you're viewing. It could be a desktop with browser activity, a game, a video, or use Windows Snipping Tool. --> Start -> type: snip -> run

This method has been effective from the start of human history. Just press CTRL + PRNT SCREEN, then open Word or Paint and press CTRL+V to view the image.
