It seems the file is named "config" but its exact format isn't clear. When opened in Notepad++, it displays a JSON-like structure indicating an empty preferences object. This could mean it's a configuration file or a placeholder.

Tried launching it in Notepad, checking if it works with Notepad++. I usually use Notepad when searching through files.
