The Windows 10 interface and store are experiencing issues.
A few days back my start menu, Cortana, Mail, Edge and most of the new Windows 10 interface would fail to open. Audio also stopped until I turned off enhancements, which had worked before. I resolved the rest using PowerShell to reinstall some components, but the next day I couldn’t access Mail, Windows Store or Xbox and encountered the error shown in that image. It seems related to my Microsoft account on this PC (other devices function normally). I also created a new user account for testing, but even there the Start Menu and Windows 10 features didn’t work. I tried signing in with a new account through the Store, but the same error appeared when trying to log in. All app updates in the Store also had issues, suggesting something is broken in the apps or Windows 10 files. My account works on other devices—any advice on what might be causing this? Edit: Using a Gmail account works through the Mail app, but my MS account doesn’t.
