Watch the video. The issue stems from something causing this sound. It persists until the PC restarts. Disregard the alarm. The problem appears when the monitor isn't recognized. When it begins making unusual sounds, it's often a sign of a failing bearing or debris in the fan path, such as dirt buildup. If the issue is with the bearing, it will eventually stop functioning. If it's related to the fan, it may cease to operate due to blockage or wear.
I don’t recall the exact brand, but I read on Gamers Nexus that someone was using an incorrect coolant or poor-quality coolant, which caused blockages in the water blocks. I’m in agreement with Rob.
