Hello, 1.28V is within a reasonable range for your Ryzen 5 5600X when overclocked at 4.5GHz manually. If you enable turbo boost, it may rise slightly, reaching around 1.38 to 1.42V under heavy load. The CPU can still boost up to 4.65GHz, but unless you're running demanding games or software, the extra voltage isn't necessary and might cause unnecessary stress.

I chose to disable the automatic turbo boost since it raises the frequency to 4.65 GHz and the voltage frequently exceeds 1.38, sometimes hitting 1.42. It makes me think the CPU is slowing down.

I understand you want to modify your CPU settings. I also know you're aiming for a clock speed of 4.65, but why did you aim for 4.5? Isn't that achievable by adjusting the PBO? You might consider stress testing the CPU with the performance boost and monitoring its voltage at 4.5GHz if you wish to do it yourself. However, I'm curious about your approach—does changing the voltage to 4.5 affect the boost settings? For instance, if you can set it to 4.5 with around 1.2V when the boost activates, would it increase to something like 4.9? At normal settings with PBO enabled, I'm not sure the boost would rise that high. During a stress test at 75°C plus or minus 3°C, you mentioned achieving 4.8 with a Wraith cooler and a DarkRock Pro 4, but the voltage was below 1.32V. I can't test it right now. You're switching to an AIO and have already installed the cooler; it seems the GPU temperature is impacting your setup. Keep me updated. As someone new to this, I'm still learning about these adjustments.
