The title says it all, how much voltage and GHz is recommended on this PC:

As it says I have an MSI B350 PC MATE Motherboard with AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and I'm trying to overclock it but I'm new to this and the first time I tried without help I made my CPU fail on start because I forgot to change voltage hehe. I'm just not trying to overheat it so what's recommended?
And also how much can I clock my RAM too? A guy told me 2800MHz but I'm not too sure as it seems high for 2400MHz, I'm not trying to mess things up again

The title clearly indicates the voltage and GHz recommendations for this PC:

I understand I have an MSI B350 MATE motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600, and I'm attempting to overclock it. Being new to this process, I recently tried without guidance and ended up having my CPU fail at startup because I didn’t adjust the voltage. I’m just trying not to cause overheating, so what are the best settings?
Additionally, how much can I increase my RAM speed? Someone suggested 2800MHz, but I’m unsure if that’s appropriate for a 2400MHz setup since it might be too high. I don’t want to make any mistakes again.
Baseline frequency is 3.2GHz with a TDP of around 65 watts (not much heat). If the cooler is default (Wraith), the CPU should reach 3.6GHz under load, assuming it has the right cooling.

As mentioned, I own an MSI B350 MATE motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor. I'm attempting to overclock it but am new to the process and previously experienced CPU failure at startup due to forgotten voltage adjustments. I don’t want to risk overheating, so what are the best settings?
Additionally, what’s the ideal speed for my RAM? Someone suggested 2800MHz, but I’m unsure if that’s suitable for a 2400MHz clock speed. I’m careful not to cause any issues again.
Baseline frequency is around 3.2GHz with a TDP of 65 watts (not excessive heat). If the cooler is default (Wraith Spire), boosting all cores might reach about 3.5GHz.
