Uninstall the driver and check the box for "delete driver software." Try starting with a Linux Live CD such as Knoppix, PartedMagic, or any major distribution. Verify your network card functions independently from Windows before proceeding with the RMA.
I removed the drivers with Intel's installer tool. Next, I'll test on a Linux distribution.
When the Linux distribution functions: You likely need to reinstall Windows. If it doesn’t work: You must return the product for replacement.
This seems strange because I couldn't get into Linux, but then I ended up using Windows. What mysterious process is happening?
