I've just begun uploading content, but I have two videos submitted to a YouTuber that aren't rendered properly. They're in 1080p60, yet when I render a joke video while working on something larger, the quality drops significantly—locking at 30fps and appearing very grainy even in 1080p. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue? I use OBS for recording and Sony Vegas 13 for editing. My PC specs are available here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d4D3Mp

The process involves many factors beyond just the basics.
