When I update my PC or reinstall Windows, I usually watch this video for optimization tips. But I'm wondering if it's still useful now. Should I keep using it? Are there better options available? Or is it better to skip optimization altogether? Also, I haven't been active on the forum lately, so I might have missed the right category.

Minor adjustments were made so the video should function properly. Beyond privacy tweaks and possibly Game Bar, the control panel is useful mainly on very basic hardware (like a Sandy Bride laptop with a Celeron or 2GB RAM). Decompiling isn't worth it—it usually leads to problems and most issues can be fixed without scripts.

For a very basic setup, the effect is apparent, though for typical gaming rigs it’s unlikely to be obvious. It might be detectable, but that’s roughly all there is.

Most probably, you don’t require much of that. Windows 10 works just fine without any changes, even on basic systems. You’re welcome to try, but there’s no real need.

Shifted to Windows. Accepted it's just unnecessary.
