I have an Acer Conceptd 3 with a 1650 chip.
It keeps triggering the VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR, even after entering safe mode, using DDU, disabling fast boot and safe boot.
The issue appears to happen randomly, but it also seems to occur after closing games or when I press alt tab.
The only solution that works is going into the BIOS, setting it to default and restarting.
I've uninstalled the video drivers about 30 times and performed a full OS reinstall.
I even switched from Windows 10 to 11 without any resolution issues.
dxdiag shows no problems.
Are there other steps I should try to resolve this?

Does the card produce issues on another PC? It might be the card itself, not functioning properly.

It's disappointing, but good news it's still covered under warranty. Also, it's a laptop, so you shouldn't remove the card.
