I have a 7000 SERIS AMD card and I tried turning up video upscaling in a video editor, but it only works for a second before shutting off. The issue is consistent across monitors. Anyone can assist? 20240125_221307.mp4

We're discussing a specific configuration or feature, but I don't recognize a video upscaling option in the Adrenalin software.

In the latest driver 24.1.1, for a 7000 series model you can enhance video quality while maintaining anti-aliasing performance.

You just made the changes and turned it on. It seems the issue might be with your setup. The hardware listed is correct.

I have a 5800x3d 7900XTX 32GB RAM setup, but it isn’t working. How many monitors do you have and what are your adrenaline settings?

A few days back I performed a Windows reset, leaving the system in its original configuration. I’m using two monitors, each displaying 1440p resolution—one at 60Hz and the other at 144Hz. Both are linked through a DP connection.

The devices are almost identical, just with a 1440p resolution at 240 Hz on an OLED screen. There might be some interference from high-resolution wallpapers (high doubt).

Located the solution, reinstalled the driver and adjusted the adrenaline settings after a restart, but the computer stopped functioning. What happened?
