Great that you focused the issue. If it isn’t a powered USB hub, you might want to look into one. You could also test it on a USB 3 port. A USB 3 hub would be worth considering as it can deliver slightly more power, even if your connected devices are USB 2. I use an Akasa USB 3 powered hub at work and it works well. Good luck!
