I've included a picture of my motherboard and CPU. My setup uses a Gigabyte B550 AORUS Elite AX V2 with a Ryzen 5 5600 XT and Windows 11. I've turned off the Windows 11 power settings in Control Panel and Device Manager, but the issue persists.

Consider updating your BIOS, as there appears to be an earlier F16 version for your motherboard. Test connecting it via various USB ports; switching to a different port connected by another controller might resolve the problem.
