It comes with the Ryzen 7 3700X and includes a fan connector, an RGB header, and a USB port that uses the motherboard's USB header. I'm not sure its purpose is, but it doesn't seem to power the fan or the RGB LEDs directly. Someone can clarify what it does.
The USB link works only when your MB lacks a compatible RGB header. This lets you manage the LEDs via AMD's application rather than the RGB interface for your MB.
