I previously linked my laptop and Android phone through a USB cable, using Wi-Fi for faster internet access. This method bypassed the laptop's 5GHz wireless support. Recently, it stopped functioning entirely. About a week ago, I connected in the same way but it failed. Here are some details that might help: the connection exists but no internet is available; Windows displays an error stating "Connected, no internet access." I attempted driver updates via Remote NDIS settings and various USB adapters, but nothing resolved the issue. I also reinstalled all USB drivers and tried a different cable.
