Click the desktop right-click, change the screen resolution (verify it’s correct) and select "make items larger or smaller". Ensure the percentage stays below 100%. In the settings, check "adjust clear type" to activate it.

the resolution was acceptable, and I also had a clean type setting. I adjusted the items to 125% and it appears it worked before. I believe everything is now fine.

This might be the original version, but the image here won't appear correctly at full size. There could be issues with the drivers or other factors.
