Hey everyone, my Lenovo G41-35 isn’t starting to Windows 7 even after an update. The update went through but then it showed an error saying "Failure configuring Windows Updates, Reverting changes." I tried booting in safe mode, but that didn’t fix it. - Jason

Try resetting the machine in a factory way or use a USB drive with Windows 7 or 10 to reinstall. Keep in mind you might need help since I’m not an expert and others likely have better ideas. You could recover files by connecting your HDD or SSD to another computer and saving them. Wait until tomorrow or check online for more options.
