Purchased a refurbished laptop in January that runs Windows 10. It attempts to update occasionally, downloading and installing files, but after restarting before opening Windows it reports the update failed and rolls back. It tried to fix itself but hasn't resolved the issue. Contacted the supplier, who advised reinstalling Windows. After reinstalling on another machine yesterday, I'm hesitant unless necessary. Considerations are still pending before proceeding with a Windows 11 upgrade.

The instructions mention needing 500 megabytes of reserved space. My setup has one drive with a 100 megabyte partition that can't be modified, and another partition larger than 500 megabytes. I'm having trouble figuring out how to fit everything.

If you have few files, consider reinstalling Windows. Be sure to reformat the drive. Share your machine's specifications if you'd like more tailored advice.
