Hmm alright. It definitely looks like a power problem. 80w is far down from its 220w max power draw... That being said, my 4080 does not draw full power during Furmark and furmark lags a lot on my 4080 as well.. I see around 270w power draw and 200fps and suddenly it drops to 24 fps with barely any GPU usage... I dont like Furmark. GPU usage is low and so are the temperatures. And having two different cables / adapters displaying the same problem is making me doubt the card itself or the power connector on the GPU. Would be very interesting to see this card in a different system. At this point I would probably be looking at a RMA / replacement.
