I'm using an i7 9700k on a z390 board and planning to upgrade to mini-ITX. A z390 mini-ITX is costly and hard to locate. I haven't followed the market trends. When will new CPUs from Intel and AMD be released?

AMD is expected next month, and Intel will be launching at the end of the year. They mentioned Zen 5 and Arrow Lake.
