The updates about AMD versus Intel have slowed down. I’m thinking about putting together a fresh PC build, just like many others are doing now, and I’m unsure which CPU to pick at the moment. What’s considered the top choice for gaming and streaming today? Are there any upcoming CPU releases I should hold off on?

You're looking for high-performance options like Ryzen 5, 7, 9 (or 10th gen) and Intel i5/i7/i10. What GPU model are you using? How much RAM do you currently have?

You can discover more details by checking official sources or the platform where it’s available. The release date and streaming locations are typically listed there.

For gaming, the Intel Core i9-10900K is a solid choice, but if you also plan to stream, the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X might be more suitable because of its superior multitasking capabilities thanks to more cores. This suggestion ignores the importance of cost efficiency. AMD is set to launch new CPUs on October 8th, and many believe their processors could outperform Intel in gaming, making it a good timing decision if you're considering both performance and value.
