Country? The top choice here is the MSI PRO B650M-A Wi-Fi model.

Turkey. They say it takes a while to start up, and some users have faced problems with it.

It's DDR5 technology, a newer standard. It's likely found on budget boards since they're cheaper, not every board will support it, and there are methods to avoid or reduce issues. Personally, I wouldn't mind a slight delay in booting if it didn't affect performance. Most boards are still reliable, but the MSI M-A model stands out with its advanced VRM design—specifically the Enhanced Power Design featuring an 8+2+1 Duet Rail Power System, 8 pin and 4 pin CPU connectors, Core Boost, and Memory Boost.

The large black box on the Wi-Fi setup obstructs the USB panel area, preventing the CPU coolers' exhaust fan from working properly.

Do you see a significant variation between those two MSI versions? The price gap is around 1,000 liras.

You're referring to a VRM heatsink that efficiently removes heat from the VRMs. It sits at a reasonable height, doesn't obstruct the exhaust fan much, and often includes intake fans or a dual-fan setup. Most coolers provide ample space beneath them, similar to this layout:

big variation? it depends, both can handle up to 7800x3D probably, the 1k liras model is simply superior, there are many options if you have the budget and space. ATX MB, ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 MSI PRO B650-S with Gigabyte gaming x ax MSI B650M plus Wi-Fi is likely the most affordable, while the HDV/M.2 should be the most cost-effective. If you want savings, pick what fits your needs, and the DS3H works well if it's a rev 1.3 version, offering solid VRMs for the latest gaming chips on AM5

Are you referring to the bios update by 'rev'? What issues arise with versions 1.1 and 1.2?
