Half of these are regular ATX, half are micro-ATX. Do you realize that? What size boards does your case accommodate? Most people will full ATX cases won't want to use a m-ATX board because the inside of the case will look "empty" if there's a window. On the other hand, m-ATX cases won't fit a full ATX board.
What capabilities should the board provide? Do you require WiFi without occupying a USB port or PCIe slot? Are you planning to use only a PCIe x16 slot, or will you install a graphics card and leave the rest unused? Regarding the motherboard VRMs, MSI Mortor and TUF Gaming performed best in Hardware Unboxed’s evaluation, maintaining under 80°C even with an overclocked 3950X. These boards would suit you if you later upgrade to a Ryzen 9 processor. The Bazooka reached up to 94°C, which is insufficient. You might manage without overclocking a Ryzen 9, but it wouldn’t be optimal. The Pro4 hit 105°C, making it suitable for a 5600X but not ideal with a Ryzen 9. The Phantom Gaming wasn’t tested, yet since it’s a more affordable model from the same manufacturer, I’d assume its VRM performance is even worse.

There's a circuit near the cpu socket which converts 12v from the power supply to the voltage the cpu needs. That circuit is not 100% efficient, so it generates some amount of heat, and the circuit stays within acceptable temperatures with the help of heatsinks (those blocks of metal near the cpu socket). On some motherboards, that heatsink is a bit small, undersized, which means that circuit gets very hot, with some processors that demand a lot of power (like the 12-16 core processors) the circuit may become too hot and slow down the CPU a bit in order to cool down, which is something you don't want. None of these motherboards you chose have issues with a 6 or 8 core processor, but the ones mentioned above may not be a great choice if you'd plan to upgrade the cpu in the future to something much more powerful. From your choices, i'd remove MSI Bazooka simply because it has older onboard audio (alc892) and because it has only one pci-e x16 slot. It also lacks in features (few usb connectors on the back etc) Then, I'd remove Asrock B550 Pro4 - it's ATX but you don't get the benefits of ATX - more than 2 pci-e x16 slots. The io shield is very bad just 4 usb 3 ports, just 5.1 audio, there may be the frame for the wireless antennas but there's no wireless... and as can be seen in that chart, it would suck if you plan to upgrade to a better cpu in the future. From the remaining 3, the mortar and asus boards have 2.5 gbps ethernet, the others plain 1gbps ethernet. All have 2 pci-e x16 slots. The Asrock has wireless but it's an older cheap wireless design...and you pay for it by having only 1 m.2 connector.... but where it's killing you is again the io shied ... you get 6 usb3 type a connectors, the 5.1 audio and ONE video output ... that's all. No optical/digital audio out, no 7.1/ 5.1 + line in and mic, no usb type c, nothing.... So you're down to the two more expensive choices. The Asus has a bit of an edge over the Mortar board due to being ATX , you get a few pci-e x1 slots extra. The Asus has a couple usb 2.0 extra ports on the back compared to the Mortar, but otherwise all have same connectors, including the bios flashback feature. Mortar scores a few extra points with the usb 3 10gbps header for the front panel, the asus board doesn't have it - so it could be useful if the case you choose has a usb type c header in the front. So that's about it... I'd pick between the Asus or the Mortar models, if I have to pick between those 5. If you don't care that much about onboard sound and/or you don't think you're gonna upgrade in the future to something very power hungry like a 12 or 16 core cpu, then you can choose the Bazooka model. I consider it better value overall than the Asrock boards.
If you can locate a refurbished Ryzen 9 5900X or 5950X for a modest sum in a few years, why not make the switch? It would provide more than double the processing strength. Others have invested around $200 on a used 4790K to replace an i5 4670K, and that change is far less impressive.
