The Ti-Nspire CX 2 is not working properly.
I have an old TI-Nspire CX 2 graphing calculator that refused to charge because I hadn't used it in a year. After replacing the battery, it started working but kept asking for a full 100% charge before using it again. When I asked a friend to try using his battery, it worked fine. Before purchasing another one, could you check if the issue might be related to the operating system? It would light up briefly when charging and would turn off if you pressed a button. Need advice on how to resolve this.
It might be necessary to lower the battery level completely and then charge it fully, since the symptoms resemble a calibration problem.
