Hey there, so I've got a small issue I'd love to resolve. I own an MSI gaming laptop with a Thunderbolt port, and it's behaving oddly. What I mean by "weird" is that it functions perfectly when connected to an external M2 drive via an adapter, but fails completely when trying to charge my phone through it. I usually see the expected charging speeds during tests, yet when I disconnect the HDD and plug in my phone, it just says "fast charging" without increasing the percentage. I checked the notification bar on my phone and set it to "charging only" to eliminate media device detection, but the problem persists. Even with different cables, the issue remains. Using a wall outlet instead of the port works fine for charging, and even when using another PC with a Thunderbolt cable, the phone charges properly. It's really confusing—this shouldn't be happening. The port isn't damaged, yet it only responds to my phone. I've also tested with a friend's phone, and it's the same. If I try charging my Nintendo Switch through this port, it works perfectly. What could be going on here?
