I have anti aliasing enabled, but changing the AA settings didn't resolve the issue. These screenshots come from Insurgency:Sandstorm, though it occurs in every game. Someone can help me with this, thank you.

It's typically an issue with the graphic drivers you have installed. Nvidia recently encountered a similar problem that appeared across various platforms, especially evident in more vibrant games such as Red Dead Online. They addressed it, but it's recommended to revert to an earlier graphics driver and perform a clean installation.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Parsing the specs to your system is recommended.
Include the age of the PSU, the BIOS version for your motherboard and the OS version if using Windows 10.
Consider downloading the latest drivers from your GPU manufacturer's site, uninstall them via DDU, reboot, then reinstall manually in an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.

Joining this discussion with a specific game in mind, it might just be the game itself. Have you tried playing another one? Does this issue occur with that game as well? Do you have another game to test? This isn't related to hardware problems, and it doesn't appear to be software-related even after reinstalling the drivers. Try a different game and provide more details.

Friend experienced unusual glowing effects during his gaming sessions. The monitor model was an LG 27GL850b, and there was a Respense Time setting enabled at the highest speed. This adjustment was leading to the strange shimmering, which temporarily slowed the game to resolve the problem.

I played another game with the same problem. But they aren't very obvious, especially hard to spot on screenshots. I tried them in Dead By Daylight and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

I also have a large monitor, but adjusting the response time didn't improve things. Still, thank you for your reply.
