it first occurred to me upon installing Windows 10. After applying fixes that didn’t help, it seemed to resolve itself automatically. Last night, after assembling a new machine with an old SSD and HDD, I encountered the same issue again. I attempted many online solutions, including regedit, logpixels scaling, and updating the Windows update driver, but still needed assistance. Thanks.

But have you verified another cable? Occasionally the ones provided aren't up to standard or might be bent. You might want to shift the cable position; if the display clears, the issue could be a faulty cable. Another thing to look into is whether your monitor requires specific drivers. It's usually safest to stick with Windows' built-in ones. What effects does reducing the frequency have? Also experiment with the monitor's overdrive settings.

I resolved the issue by resetting the AMD driver on my factory settings. It now functions properly.
